I was never a huge fan of Incubus, but no one can deny their popularity and social status within the music community (well, the music appreciating community, anyway). Their song Megalomaniac is pretty freaking awesome, but truthfully I haven't really listened to it since they stopped playing the video on MTV (well, they might still but I haven't watch MTV in years so who knows). I sat back and watched as the crowd ate up their performance, screaming for more, and gained a lot of respect for the band that I never honestly gave much thought. There is a heck of a reason that these guys are as popular as they are, and that's because of their undeniable ability to perform. The highlight of their set, for me, was a slower, melodic version of Drive. I hadn't even realized what song it was until the chorus hit. Very talented men.
