I only caught about 10 minutes of Railroad Earth's set. There were aspects that really engaged me, like their clear Appalachian influences, but the Southern Jam Band thing kind of turned me off. The vocals were grungy and dirty, which I liked a lot, but the melodies were a little too pop radio for me. All in all, a lot of people seemed to really really dig it, and it was by no means bad, but I just couldn't get into it.
