Monolith Music Festival 2009 Wrap-Up: Frightened Rabbit

Frightened Rabbit just happened to release one of the best records in recent memory, so I had pretty high expectations for the set. I was not surprised by their exuberance or their ability. FR was excellent, in a word. The songs translated incredibly well live, even with Red Rock's awful sound at the main stage, FR's rock&rollin overcame, and sweet and salty jesus it was magical.

Frightened Rabbit - The Modern Leper (version from live album)
